Pandemic Contest moved to Engineering IV 53-125 - Nov 18, 2009

The Pandemic contest will still take place tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 19, from 6-8pm at Engineering IV 53-125 (HP Lab).

Please send submissions to wade@wadenorris.com by tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 19, 3pm. 

Food and refreshments will be provided.

Pandemic Contest POSTPONED until further notice - Nov 18, 2009

Due to external circumstances, the Pandemic contest has been POSTPONED  until further notice.

Please DO NOT go to the Pandemic headquarters in Westwood tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 19. There will be NO contest held until UPE has been updated on Pandemic's situation.

Micromouse Competition Infosession - Nov 16, 2009

Description: Come learn about the 2009-10 Micromouse Competition. Find out
how to be part of a team that designs, programs, and builds a small,
self-contained robot (a micro-mouse) that autonomously maneuvers through a
maze in record time.

Pandemic Programming Contest Infosession - Nov 9, 2009

When: Thursday, November 12 @ 6pm

Where: Boelter Hall 4760

Pandemic Studios (developer of Star Wars: Battlefront II and Mercenaries) is holding its third annual programming contest at UCLA.

The infosession on November 12 will cover the contest rules and feature a mini-game technology lesson. Please bring your laptop if you have one.

Students will be able to show off their programs on November 19, and the first place winner will receive a Slim PS3.

** FIRST PLACE PRIZE: Slim PS3 **
